I finally found a cell phone company that offers this service for LOW INCOME residents as opposed to the ones that I've been looking at that offers these services to only the UNEMPLOYED. I bought the Tracfone and applied for the safelink service. It's so relieving to find a company that actually cares about the low income working class. Thank Tracfone!
