		<description>A tax increase. Nice. It&#039;s the Business Privledge Tax, Gross Receipts Tax, and high City Wage Tax that keeps business out of Philly. My tax bracket as an independent software developer in this city is 50%. I&#039;ve certainly thought of leaving. And their solution? Raise sales tax? Dear God. Ever wonder why there wasn&#039;t an Apple store in Philly? BPT and GRT is why.</description>

		<description>Fred Wilson has a talk where I think he says that &quot;New York&quot; should just be &quot;New York&quot; instead of &quot;Silicon Alley&quot;.  He gives some good reasons, and I think the name Philicon Valley always puts us as behind Silicon Valley.  At this point I&#039;m not against a regional brand with a new spin, but my opinion here could change.
