Making the right food choices combined with a good cardio workout will help you lose the weight and help you maintain and keep it off. You don't have to starve yourself or go without your favorite foods. Healthy foods + portion control + cardio workout = weight loss

This may actually turn out to be an _incredibly_ effective "kick in the pants" weight-loss program for sedentary developers like me (I'm the high roller mentioned above, with fifteen hundred bucks on the line -- but I'm going to get it all back, so no fear!)

If everyone loses the weight, the website won't make money, but Randy can then command hundred-thousand-dollar appearance fees all over the world, so it'll work out alright in the end :)

Congratulations on an awesome, fun site, Randy!
