Kevin Dow

Kevin Dow was appointed the acting chief operating officer of the Philadelphia Commerce Department of the City of Philadelphia in June 2009.

Prior to that appointment, Dow served as Deputy Director of Commerce for Neighborhood and Business Services starting in 2008.

Formerly, Dow is the former Vice President of Community Affairs at Wachovia Bank.
