Event Highlights for April 26-May 2, 2010

You can’t complain about the weather after this weekend. It was beautiful. So after today and tomorrow, as this morning’s showers taper off, we should see a return to a comfortable spring.

Yes, we realize that our roundup is becoming a weather report. Truth is, meteorology might have been a first calling if not for tech. With that off our minds, there shouldn’t be too much argument about hitting up some of the great events this week.

On Tuesday, designers will have a field day. There’s at least three events based on Web design around the city. Wednesday, Startup Leaders‘ hosts its seventh Entrepreneurs Unplugged. Saturday, MarketingCamp makes its first appearance in the city, a chance for marketers to talk shop about innovative new approaches to the topic. Local ad firm Red Tettemer keynotes.

Updated: Event Highlights for February 15-21, 2010

The sidewalks are clear by now, so you haven’t any excuses for missing out on the technology event offerings on our weekly calendar.

There’s plenty to do, whether you’re down with coding, design, marketing or heck, just looking for an open bar and some good old-fashioned networking.

On Tuesday, the newly-formed Philadelphia Semantic Web Meetup gathers again for introductions and discussion of the group’s direction. Wednesday, Philly Startup Leaders‘ Entrepreneurs Unplugged kicks off for the first time in 2010. Thursday, the Philadelphia Interactive Marketing Association hosts a free networking event in the ‘burbs, drinks included.

Event Highlights for December 14 – December 20, 2009

Wednesday’s the one.

There’s four events happening Wednesday evening, and we’ll hope you’ll at least drop by Nodding Head Brewery to say hello to the Technically Philly crew at our first monthly meetup. We won’t hold you up too long, we promise.

Then it’s off to philly.NET, Web Analytics Wednesday or Entrepreneurs Unplugged to cap the evening off with Philly tech events.

Tuesday, don’t miss Ben Franklin Technology Partners’ Capital Briefing and on Thursday, Agile Philly returns the party to Nodding Head for its own holiday meetup.
